Exhibition and Seminar Participation Policy
(BtoC)
Admission
Participation in the exhibitions and seminars (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Show") organized by RX Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser") requires prior registration (including on-site registration). Only those wearing an admission badge (including badges, tickets, wristbands, or any other authorized means of entry, but not limited to these; hereinafter referred to as "Admission Badge" or "Badge") will be allowed entry.
The Show is open not only to professionals, business visitors, exhibitors, and press representatives directly involved in the relevant fields and industries of the Show but also to the general public. For information regarding participation by minors, please refer to the "Participation of Minors" section of this policy.
Provision and Sharing of Data
Participants in the Event may, when applicable, have their pre-registered participant information and data (including personal information) provided to exhibitors when their Admission Badge's QR code or barcode is scanned at the exhibitor's booth. This information may be used to receive communications related to the exhibitor's products or services, in accordance with each exhibitor's privacy policy. By having their QR code or barcode scanned, participants agree and consent to the provision and sharing of their data.
Security of Admission Badges
Admission Badges are only valid for the person designated (if a name is listed on the Badge, only the person named). Lending or transferring the Badge to others is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated or if the Badge is used fraudulently, and someone other than the designated person is found wearing the Badge, that person may be asked to leave the exhibition venue.
Additionally, those who obtain a Badge through theft, fraud, or other illegal means may also be asked to leave.
Identification Check
Participants in the Show must carry a photo ID (passport, driver's license, national ID card, student ID, etc.) or any other identification approved by the organiser and present it upon request by the organiser.
Participation of Minors
Minors must obtain parental consent to participate. Those under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or an adult over 18 (hereinafter referred to as "Accompanying Person"). Conditions for pre-registration and participation of minors (under 18 years old) are as follows:
16 and 17 years old: Participation is allowed if their parent reads and confirms this policy, consents to the minor's participation, and the minor agrees to this policy and the privacy policy, registering either by themselves or through their parent.
15 years old and younger: The parent or Accompanying Person must read, confirm, and agree to this policy and the privacy policy to participate. If an Accompanying Person is participating, the parent must also consent to the minor's participation under their supervision. The parent or Accompanying Person must pre-register the number of minors accompanying them and manage the conduct of the minor(s) during the Show.
Assistance Animals
Except for guide dogs, assistance dogs, or other service animals, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed into the Show.
Activities
Flyer distribution, demonstrations, disruptive behavior, offensive attire, and other activities that interfere with the Show are strictly prohibited.
Press Representatives
Press badges are limited to members of the press and media, including publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, and broadcasters. Press representatives must wear the dedicated armband provided by the Show organisers.
Photography, Recording, and Filming
Photography, recording, and/or video streaming by photographers and film crews are planned at the Show. Participants consent to such photography and recording, allowing the Organiser, its parent company, affiliates, sublicensees, nominees, agents, and assigns (including event sponsors, exhibitors, or contractors) to use participants' images, likenesses, appearances, and/or voices worldwide in any medium or format (now known or later developed) solely for distribution, promotion, and publicity of the Show (including future editions) and the Organiser’s general business, services, or products. If the participant is under 18, the parent or legal guardian consents on their behalf.
Participants may not conduct photography or record in any form or medium (audio or video included) at the Show without prior written permission from the subjects or their managers and the Organiser’s approval.
Reservation of Rights
The Organiser reserves the right to deny participation, remove, ban, or expel individuals who do not comply with this policy, or whom the Organiser reasonably determines, at its sole discretion, may violate this policy or engage in illegal, dangerous, offensive, or threatening behavior that disrupts the Show's safety, security, or order. This can be done without refund, liability, or compensation. The Organiser also reserves the right to remove or eliminate any suspicious or inappropriate items from the Show and the venue. The Organiser’s decisions are final.
Privacy
By participating in the Show or providing information related to the Show, participants agree to the terms of the Organiser's Privacy Policy (rxglobal.com), which is managed by the Organiser and may be updated at any time at its discretion. Continued participation in the Show implies consent to any updated privacy policy. For minors under 15, parental consent to provide personal information is required after reading and confirming the Privacy Policy. All participants are expected to carefully review the Privacy Policy before participating in the Show, and in the case of any inconsistencies between this policy and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall govern.
Participants may contact the Organiser’s "Privacy Center" at any time for questions, comments, or requests regarding the Privacy Policy or the Organiser’s handling of personal information.
Services, Safety, and Security at Exhibitions and Seminars

Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organiser is not responsible for any damage, loss, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from such interactions.
If you notice anything unusual, suspicious, or out of place, please inform the Show staff.
After the Show, dispose of your Admission Badge within the venue or at home, and do not discard it in trash bins outside the venue.
